Peruvian Necktie

Wow there is a lot of random stuff I want to post but I'm gonna have to limit how much I put up all at once so you all will actually read this.
I think first things first lets settle exactly what this mysterious peruvian necktie is. It's more than just a sweet name, trust me, I've seen it on TV....

FYI: for you clowns that I know, this actually happened this summer in July when I had people over but I was downstairs watching the Affliction PPV and this Ultimate Fighter Finale Card. This was the peruvian necktie I originally saw that sparked all of the comments you have heard come from me.
